The Method for Increased Treatment Adherence in Mental Disorders: Adherence Therapy

Adherence is an important problem in mental disorders and psychiatric nurses use different programmes to increase adherence among patients with mental disorders. The one of the these programs is "Adherence Therapy". The purpose of this review is to explain the feature and intervention method, the one of programmes which is using for increasing adherence, Adherence Therapy among mental disorders. Adherence Therapy, is based on cognitive behavioural approach, cooperative, patient-centered programme which is applied one to one. This programme is applied to inpatients and outpatients with non adherence. It is thought for Adherence Therapy, is structured programme, that to guide in interventions of psychiatric nurses in our country.

Ruhsal Bozukluklarda Tedavi Uyumunu Artırmak İçin Bir Yöntem: Tedaviye Uyum Programı

Ruhsal bozukluklarda tedavi uyumu önemli bir sorundur ve psikiyatri hemşireleri ruhsal bozukluğu olan hastaların tedavi uyumunu artırmada farklı programlar kullanmaktadırlar. Bu programlardan biri “Tedaviye Uyum Programı”dır. Bu derlemenin amacı, ruhsal bozukluklarda tedavi uyumunu artırmak için kullanılan yöntemlerden biri olan Tedaviye Uyum Programının özelliklerini ve uygulama yöntemini açıklamaktır. Tedaviye Uyum Programı, bilişsel davranışçı yaklaşımdan temelini alan, işbirliğine dayanan, hasta merkezli ve hastaya birebir uygulanan bir programdır. Bu program, hem yatan hastalara hem de tedaviye uyumu düşük olan ayaktan takip edilen hastalara uygulanmaktadır Yapılandırılmış bir program olan Tedaviye Uyum Programı’nın ülkemiz psikiyatri hemşireliği uygulamalarında kullanılmasına rehberlik edeceği düşünülmüştür.
